Wrapping setup
Some products are available with two outer fabric options. To make your choice easier, we show you the following:

Materials science
Our wrapping materials are made from natural fibers such as cotton, linen, sheep's wool, healing wool, and beeswax – each with unique properties for gentle, soothing applications. They retain heat, wick away moisture, and feel pleasant against the skin – ideal for adults and children alike.

Right of withdrawal for goods
Our products are subject to hygiene regulations; therefore, items for viewing/selection are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Returned goods will only be accepted if they are undamaged and unused.
The buyer bears the shipping costs and associated expenses.
In exceptional cases, we charge an administrative fee, which will be deducted from the credit.

Care
Wool wraps/outer cloths made of virgin sheep's wool – hand wash or machine wash at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle with wool detergent. Not suitable for tumble drying. Close the Velcro fasteners before washing and drying.
We recommend airing. (The product may shrink slightly with each wash.)
Cotton inner cloths, inner pockets and linen inner cloths are washable up to 60 degrees and suitable for tumble drying.
Cotton outer fabric , hand washable or machine washable at 40 degrees. Hook and loop fasteners for washing and drying.

Pillowcases are washable up to 40 degrees. Remove the healing wool beforehand.
Healing wool cannot be washed and must be removed from a pillow, for example, before the pillow is washed.
Beeswax wraps are not washable. Do not iron with hot irons or steam.
Always check the laundry label!
