Shipping conditions

Delivery is within Germany. and to the following countries :
Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal .

For shipping to other countries, please contact us.

Sustainable standard shipping via GLS.
We also ship to Packstations via DHL.

If you would like standard shipping via DHL, please include a note with your order.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

- Goods value up to €50 = €4.95
- Order value over €50 = free shipping

For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €13.95 will be added to the shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad :

Austria: €5.50

BE /NE/LUX: 5,50 €

Switzerland: € 8.50 ( unpaid customs duties)

Italy: €8.50 (Mainland only)

France : 8.50 € (Mainland only)

Spain: €15.00 (Mainland only)

Portugal: €15.50 (Mainland only)

Delivery of downloadable products:

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).

You can download products via a link sent to you by email.
This email containing access data for the download will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after receipt of your payment).

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 3-4 days, and for deliveries abroad, 4-5 days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
