You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( Wickel & Co. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website (https://shop.wickel-co.de). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal (e.g., by email). transmit.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Reasons for extinction
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer
1. has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and
2. has confirmed his knowledge that by giving his consent he loses his right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract.
